| I would like to see WNA brought back but something has bothered me for some time. The title "WARRIOR NUN" has certainly elicited all sorts of reactions. The question I have is that should the prefix be dropped in order to make it more palatable or should it remain the same. I have debated for some time in calling the title just AREALA. Please vote and let me know.

Personally I like the full title to me its part of what grabs peoples attention.

OK Ben, how about Kick Ass Catholic Chick Areala
The intro of the "hypothetical" New Areala series. The orders of the Magic Priest and Warrior Nuns all but descimate but the new threat from the Nether Realms "Hell hath seen no fury like Areala scorned."

Ha ha thats really crazy
You wont believe but I was saying the same thing to a freind not to long ago. I remember you posting a similar thread on the old boards Ben and it got me thinking, well as I started out saying, the other day I mentioned this to a freind and said what about just Areala. I think that it is a good idea it is still recognisable for what it is and also allows some scope for the title and character to develope in other directions if that was the way it went in the future. Though of course it is a cunudrum and fraught with difficulties when you change a title of course as Darkainarts girl has pointed out you may perhaps lose some of the mythos that went with it. Personaly I don't think that a change to just Areala would really make that much difference though it will be interesting to hear the veiws of others.

| Personaly, I think you should keep the Warriror Nun in the title, however, I agree, changing it to just Araela wouldn't make much of a difference.

| Hmm, i havent gotten a chance to read any of the Warrior Nun Areala stories, so im not sure if i should vote. I dont really see a reason to change the title tho.

Look at that...a whole new generation coming up with no clue about Warrior Nun Areala.
Too sad. Go find these books, friend. You'll dig them. Plus pass them around to some girls, goths, and some fellas. Everyone loves the Nun!
As to the title I think if cartoon network can run a series called WITCH HUNTER ROBIN then Antarctic can easily run a book called WARRIOR NUN AREALA.
One thing that has happened to the world since the last Warrior Nun series ended is that manga came out with more intensity than the presvious few years of her existence.
So Warrior Nun in the year 1995 may have made people chuckle...
Warrior Nun in the year 2005 is a whole different animal.
It's totally time for her to return to the fold!

| i think you should keep it. i remember when WNA first appeared on a comic shelf it litterally caught my eye on not just the visuals alone but the title of it too.
