Ohh, that's nice.
I wonder what happened to the shuttle craft that Buck Rogers flew in their 1979 TV pilot episode, it was used earlier in a Battlestar Galactica episode in an orange trim.

Since they redid the models for the second season of Buck Rogers they likely did the same for the Shuttle mockup. The Thunder fighter mockup still exists in storage, according to the Hartland Studios website. It wouldn't surprise me if the Shuttle mockup was there too.

Hey, those are nice sites. Thanks. Didn't realize they were so many different vehicles, reminds me of UFO/Space 1999 series.
I wonder if anybody will remaster them with new graphics like what they did with Star Wars. I'll bet they might make the story even more interesting with new footage re-editing. You can almost do it with your own computer. I always wanted to see the original Lt. Sheba in action with more action scenes.

| It's always interesting to see different opinions on historial and alternate history subjects. I knew that there were at least two different versions of history when I moved from Japan to US as a child, the Japanese and the Americans (and the Nazis) were portraited differently from both countries. My female friend, who's German but born and raised in US didn't know what Hitler looked like as a student because they didn't show his photos at her classes. Her father, who was an US Army medic during D-Day didn't talk about the war. I didn't learn about the holocaust until after high school because they teached only American history when I was at school, which I learned about what happened to the American Indians (Native Americans), though I knew that something terrible happened to many victims during WWII because I read library books about the war during school days, but admittingly I was more interested in aircrafts, tanks and ships, like now.

Hey, Ted! How are things? Did you make it to SDCC this year? I did not go because of deadlines but perhaps next year. I hear it gets more and more crowded. By the way here is an interesting site:

Ted, one of my friends talked to Fred Perry at this years 2010 comic-con in San Diego. Is there any truth to the rumors that you've retired and won't be making any more Luftwaffe 1946 or Tigers of Terra issues?
If you did, is there any chance you can hand off the Tigers of Terra series to someone else so that the series could get completed?
Many of my issues that I own are startiing to crumble and I look forward to the day when I can buy all the manuals ranging from "Tigerhawk pilots manual" to the "uedf and viriagonian comsofleet order of battle" and all the comic issues in pdf dvd-rom formate.

Sorry Ben, couldn't make it this year. Was planning to visit for a day or two, especially since my female friend who influenced many of my FoAW characters also wanted to go but couldn't get the day offs settled and had trouble getting the tickets at the last minute so I guess we have to wait until next year.
San Diego Comic Con is getting way too crowded now, especially since Hollywood started to muscle in. I had a hard time even finding a parking space last time I was there a couple of years ago. I actually miss the days when it was far smaller, where you can easily meet your friends and professionals, where nice hotels were not only affordable but easy to find parking spaces. Oh well, the price of progress.

For some reason, computer runs very slow when I use this forum. Many of my comments didn't log in and I hate repeating myself, especially since I often forget what I just wrote.
Computer just told me that part of the delay is due to too many Gold Digger bloggers! Hmmm...

Actually I didn't retire but doing comics only part-time now yet it's difficult to do even one page when you have a new full-time job, dating a girl every week and finishing up my many incomplete projects at home like restoring and maintaining my 50+ collection of motorcycles, not to mention the big yard in my house.
I am planning to conclude the Tigers of Terra series, hopefully by next year's 25th anniversary but there will be many gaps to fill in later and I'm also planning a follow-on series titled "Kingdom of Terra".
I also got my first basic animation program and planning to merge my last Tigers of Terra series into this, so it can be used in both comics and anime formats.
